Not all potatoes are creates equal

Start your sweet potato project (purple sweet potato in this case) by placing one end into the water. Let it sprout (may take some time 1-2 weeks) and watch the slips appear on the top and the sides. Once the slips are tall enough (palm length) snip them off the potato and place them in water if they haven’t already sprouted. These will be you sweet potato plants which will produce sweet potatoes for you. Best of luck;)
